Regarding the application for disability allowance.

It is hereby informed for the information of disabled card holders of Mohanpur UP (who have not received allowance) that from 15/10/2024 to 14/11/2024 online application for disability allowance can be made. 

Whatever is needed:

1. Suvarna Nagrik Card (Disability Identification Card)

2. Photocopy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate.

3. Own or guardian's new mobile number.


Specially asked to come to the union office within the stipulated time to apply.
