Regarding TCB Smart Card Activation.
Details
It is hereby kindly informed to all the card holders that those who have already taken smart TCB smart card in this union but have not yet activated it, are humbly requested to come to Mohanpur Union Parishad office to activate the card.
Following things are required to activate the card. 1. Cardholder must be present himself. 
2. You should bring the phone with the number given on the card.
